Return flight to Phuket at less than SG$100
Phuket isn't that fancy.
It does have a lot of resort here & there, its not too bad, cheaper than Bali but the transport is EX.
A ride about 15-20mins cost an average of $10 per trip. Yes, as compared to Sg, its cheaper but its Thailand. I think 30% of my budget went into the transportation.
Advice: Stay at easily accessible place!
I chose to stay at the higher hill side for nicer scenery - Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket (5star). The walk to hotel is too much and not safe so yap, CAB CAB CAB. After I'm back I did some research and realise they have a gang that controls the fees; so no way can you expect to bargain becos they will team up. Even if they are not part of them, they wouldn't dare to offend the gang. The hotel you stay make a difference too, they will know if your hotel is 5Star = You got $ to pay.
Advice: Better don't stay at Kalima Resort & Spa Phuket
If I remb correctly, Novotel's position is good. Although its not at higher level where you can oversee the place, I believe you still can see the SEA/Beach. lol
Advice: Don't go Phuket Fantasea
Its FAKE theme park!
80% are shops trying to sell jabalang stuff and some diamonds (which you don't know if its real)
10% is the buffet thingy (I didn't try)
10% is just empty spaces and elephant rides (the ride is sooo boring and ex as compared to buying packages from outside)
The show is just crap. LOL. The opening was really cool, you see some nice stuns here and there but overall is just jabalang stuff put together. LOL

Elephant ride :/ I really hope they treat the elephant well.
This is part of the Phuket Fantasea, this is the exterior of the theatre, its nice. Other than that... the experience doesn't much the cost. Its about $65 and seriously not worth it!
Quite a number of waterspouts. Snorkelling is part of the package I bought :)
PS: Don't buy any packages from the airport. Go to the town and bargain. I got my package from a Chinese looking auntie, I think its good. Snorkelling, ATV & Elephant ride $60? (I forgot xP)
